Recovering from a stroke can be a difficult, uncertain time, and coming home from hospital often raises as many questions as it answers. Our stroke care service provides a dedicated live-in carer who supports recovery at home - helping with daily routines, encouraging progress with rehabilitation exercises, and simply being there through what can be a slow and sometimes frustrating process.
We're an introductory home care agency rather than a clinical provider, so we don't deliver physiotherapy or speech therapy ourselves - our carers support and encourage whatever programme has been set by your physiotherapist, occupational therapist or speech and language therapist, and we liaise closely with that team.

Short-term, intensive support to help you recover safely and confidently at home after a hospital stay, operation or illness.

Coordinated live-in support for people with complex or long-term health conditions, working closely with district nurses, GPs and community health teams.

Consistent, patient live-in support for people living with Parkinson's disease, helping manage symptoms and stay independent at home.
