Nights can be the hardest part of caring for someone at home - whether that's frequent trips to the bathroom, a fall risk in the dark, or confusion and anxiety that tends to worsen after sunset. Our overnight care service provides a dedicated carer through the night, so you or your family carer can finally get proper, unbroken sleep.
We offer both waking-night and sleeping-night care depending on what's needed, and overnight care can be arranged as a standalone service, alongside your existing daytime care, or as part of a wider live-in care package.

With a sleeping night, a carer stays overnight and is available if you need help, but is expected to get a reasonable night's sleep - ideal where someone needs reassurance or occasional help, such as getting to the toilet once in the night. With a waking night, the carer stays awake and actively supports throughout the night - better suited to people who need frequent repositioning, have dementia with night-time wakefulness or wandering, or are receiving end-of-life care.
We'll help you decide which is right at the assessment, and overnight care can be combined with daytime support or full live-in care as needs change.
