• Find a Carer form: your contact details along with information about the care being sought, such as care needs, mobility, and funding type, so we can begin matching you with a suitable carer.
• Callback Request form: your name and phone number only, so a member of our team can call you back.

We do not knowingly collect information from these forms beyond what is needed to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, begin arranging care.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, arrange a free care consultation or assessment, match you with a suitable carer, keep a record of our communications with you, and, where you've asked for a callback, to contact you by phone. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell your personal data.

Who We Share Your Information With

We use a small number of trusted service providers (data processors) to run this website and respond to enquiries:

• Supabase, our database hosting provider, stores the enquiry details you submit through our forms.
• Resend, our transactional email provider, is used to send enquiry notifications to our team.
• Google Analytics is used to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use this site (e.g. which pages are viewed) so we can improve it. See our Cookie Policy for details on the cookies this sets.

Live-in Care London operates alongside a sister service, Live-in Care Direct. When you submit an enquiry through this website, your enquiry details (such as your name, contact details, and message) are also shared with the group's shared CRM system, operated for Live-in Care Direct at api.liveincaredirect.org, so that enquiries can be managed and responded to consistently across the group. This is an existing, established integration and is not a third party unrelated to our service - it is part of how our team processes and follows up on enquiries.

We do not share your personal information with any other third party for marketing purposes, and we do not sell your data.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your personal information only for as long as is necessary to respond to your enquiry, provide the care services you've asked about, and meet any legal, accounting, or reporting obligations we may have. Where information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take steps to delete or anonymise it.

Your Rights Under UK GDPR

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct (rectify) inaccurate information
• Ask us to erase your information, in certain circumstances
• Object to how we process your information
