How We Match You With a Carer
Getting the match right matters more than anything else in live-in care. Here's how our process works from first call to ongoing support.

2. A free care assessment

Identity and reference checks
We verify identity documents and the right to work in the UK, and we follow up on employment references to check each carer's care experience and conduct.
Training and competency
Carers are expected to hold relevant care training and experience appropriate to the needs of the client they're introduced to, from personal care to dementia awareness.
Ongoing supervision
Care doesn't stop being checked once it starts. We stay in touch with clients and carers throughout the placement, so any concerns are picked up and dealt with quickly.
