Our dementia and Alzheimer's care service provides consistent, person-centred support from carers introduced with dementia awareness training.

We focus on getting to know the person, not just the condition: their history, routines, likes and dislikes, and the things that bring them comfort. That familiarity, combined with a consistent carer rather than a rotating cast of strangers, helps reduce the confusion and anxiety that new environments and new faces can bring.
